Brewin’ Bill certainly had a taste for a delicious blend, and could curate the best blend of coffee from whatever source he could.

Throughout the later years, Bill decided he would sell his recipes to the surrounding towns. One of his most favorite recipes revolves around honey and chili powder. Crafted with the finest Brazilian Sonoran Beans, this aromatic coffee blend is infused with warming spices like cinnamon and chili powder, creating a rich and robust flavor profile. The addition of cocoa powder adds depth, while a touch of honey provides the perfect balance of sweetness. Whether you're a coffee aficionado or simply craving a bold and adventurous brew, this Southwestern-inspired creation is sure to delight your taste buds. Our Recipe:


Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons ground Brazilian Sonoran Beans medium coffee
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon honey (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons half-and-half or milk
- Optional: whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder for garnish

Instructions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine water, ground coffee, ground cinnamon, cocoa powder, and chili powder.
2. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low and let it steep for about 5 minutes.
3. Remove the saucepan from heat and strain the coffee mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or a coffee filter into a mug.
4. Stir in honey and half-and-half or milk until well combined.
5. Optionally, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder for garnish.
6. Serve hot and enjoy your Southwestern-inspired Brazilian Sonoran Beans medium coffee!
