It’s deep summer in the Sonoran, and every day starts hot and ends hotter.

But there’s something about this season — the way it forces us to slow down, strip back, and lean into the essentials. For us, that essential starts with coffee.

This time of year, cold brew reigns supreme. Whether you’re steeping it overnight or chilling a bold French press over ice, our signature blends are built to stand tall in the heat. One in particular rises above the rest:

🌵 Saguaro — Dark, Bold, and Rooted in Colombia

Named after the towering icon of the desert, Saguaro is our 100% Colombian dark roast — bold, smooth, and unwavering. This isn’t your average cup. It’s full-bodied, with a rich depth and low acidity that makes it ideal for cold brew or a strong hot pour when the sun hasn't fully crested the mountains yet.

With notes of bitter cocoa, smoky earth, and just a hint of dark fruit sweetness, Saguaro carries the kind of character that doesn’t ask for attention — it commands it. It’s the brew you take on the road, on the trail, or sip slowly in silence before the day begins. The journey starts here.

☕ Coffee on the Trail

We’ve seen Saguaro brewed roadside, fireside, and even tailgate-side — bold and simple. Whether it’s boiled cowboy-style in an old enamel pot or packed into a French press before dawn, Saguaro delivers that grounding comfort no matter where you are.

In the wild heat of July, we recommend:

  • Cold brewing Saguaro for 12–16 hours for a strong, smooth glass.

  • Using it in Moka pots or stovetop espresso makers for bold iced lattes.

  • Or going full rustic: open flame, tin cup, no filters — just heat and heart.

Now, of course, other than coffee please make sure you are drinking more water than you think you need during the hot summers. No matter your location, it is essentially to keep your body and brain hydrated! DRINK UP!
